Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, without having to provide a reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal?

Write to us at hammousamir942@gmail.com, stating your order number and your wish to withdraw. You can also use the standard withdrawal form provided by law. We will reply to you with the return address. Please do not return anything before receiving our reply.

Returning the product

You must return the product no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision. Return shipping costs are at your expense. The product must reach us in a condition that allows us to assess its nature and condition: you are responsible for any depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

Refund

We will refund all payments made, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may delay the refund until we receive the product or receive proof of its shipment. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.

Defective or incorrect product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us promptly with photos at hammousamir942@gmail.com. We will offer you a solution (replacement, repair, or refund), without prejudice to your legal guarantees.
