2. Scope

These terms govern the sale of products concluded remotely via the online store papillonnnuit.myshopify.com between the seller and any consumer customer. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.

3. Products

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product page. Photos and videos are for illustrative purposes: slight variations in color or appearance are possible.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros. Any shipping costs are displayed before confirming the order. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

5. Order

The customer selects their products, checks their cart, enters their delivery information, then confirms and pays for their order. A confirmation email is sent to them. The seller may refuse an order in the event of an existing dispute, impossible payment, or obvious pricing error.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of the order, by the means offered during payment. Transactions are secured by the store's payment provider. The seller does not have access to your complete banking details.

7. Delivery

The terms and delivery times are described in the shipping policy. In the event of a delivery delay, the customer may formally request the seller to deliver, then terminate the contract under the conditions of articles L216-2 and L216-3 of the Consumer Code.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason. The terms are detailed in the return and refund policy.

9. Legal Guarantees

The seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). For new goods, the customer has two years from the delivery of the good to act in the event of a lack of conformity, and does not have to prove the existence of the defect during the twenty-four months following delivery. They may request the repair or replacement of the good, or, failing that, its return against refund, under the conditions provided by law.

10. Liability

The seller is responsible for the proper execution of their obligations under the conditions provided by law. They cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product. The product is a comfort accessory and does not replace medical advice.

11. Personal Data

The data collected during the order is used to process it. To learn more and exercise your rights, please see our privacy policy.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are subject to French law. In the event of a difficulty, the customer is invited to contact the seller first to seek an amicable solution.
